All customers, cast, and crew are required to wear a mask as per the state guidelines for operation.
*** Timed Ticketing with Limited Tickets
RED VEIN will be strictly limiting sales to ensure we remain beneath 50% normal occupancy and can properly allow for social distancing throughout queues and attraction.
*** Outdoor Socially Distant Queues
Our lines have been expanded and widened to allow greater space between groups while waiting in autumn air.
*** Contactless Transactions
In addition to timed ticketing, we will be requiring all tickets be purchased in advance online, limiting in person contact.
*** Stringent Cleaning
We’ve increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and high touch points throughout the night. Hand sanitizer stations will be available to all of our guests at all queues, checkpoints and portajohns.
*** Social Distancing
Guests will be spaced at a safe 6 foot distance during all points of the attraction and lines leading up. We also ensure that all staff members will be wearing the necessary PPE.
*** Wellness Checks
Temperature checks will occur for guests prior to reaching the box office. Anyone with a fever (greater than 100.4) or showing symptoms of COVID-19, unrelated to any other illness, will be turned away. Employees will also receive daily wellness checks to ensure they’re healthy and symptom free.
While we’re committed to enhanced safety standards to keep you and our staff as safe and healthy as possible, there remains an elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place. In order for all of us to safely celebrate Halloween, please be sure that neither yourself nor family members are ill or feel as if they’re becoming ill prior to purchasing your tickets as All Sales Are Final. In addition, we’re closing our 3-minute escape room for the season so that staff can adequately maintain sanitizing and social distancing standards in the gift shop.
